Shipping Policy

Pre Order:

• Some stock is in hand ready to be shipped out in 2-3 working days whilst some sizes will be sold as Pre-Order!
• Pre-Orders will be completed in 3-4 weeks time
• An all Pre-Orders will then be shipped out in 1-2 working days.
• We will provide you an update throughout the production and shipping stage via email. 

 

Shipping: 

• All UK orders will be shipped out in 2-3 working days. 
• All International orders are shipped out in 5-10 working days.
• International orders do not include relevant overseas customs duties. Foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed are the responsibility of the customer. 
• Customers from the United Kingdom will not incur import duties, as we ship solely from within the country. 
• Please keep in mind that international orders may take longer to arrive owing to customs procedures in your country. 

 

Returns & Exchanges: 

• We unfortunately do not provide refunds for any items purchased. 
  
• Before making any purchase please make sure you read all product information and size guide to avoid any issues. 
• We provide exchanges if the size or colour you are looking for is available. 
• Exchange is only available for UK customers only.
• We will only provide refunds if you have received the wrong item or if you have received an item that is faulty.
  
• We do not offer free returns postage, therefore all customers are liable for their own postage costs. 
• We do not refund shipping costs. 
• All products are at the responsibility of the customer until they have been delivered to us. 

The following products can Not be returned: 

• Any product showing signs of being worn, washed, modified or damaged in any way will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 
• Any product that is marked, soiled, stretched, bleached or damaged in any way.
